Experience:
Emma-Lee is a highly experienced paralegal in the firm's property team. She has particular expertise in the areas of industrial, commercial and retail leasing across QLD, NSW, VIC and ACT.
Emma-Lee has undertaken retail and commercial leasing matters for a number of landlord clients including large publicly listed companies, national property trusts and smaller operators. Emma-Lee also has experience in general property law, commercial contracts, commercial sale and purchase transactions and off-the-plan conveyancing.
