Experience:
Admitted to practise in 2014, Ethan is a former Federal Court Associate to Justice J A Logan RFD and joined King & Company Solicitors in July 2021.
Prior to joining King and Company, Ethan was working as a Senior Industrial Relations Consultant advising private sector, state and local government clients, focusing on industrial relations and human resources including:
- claims of unfair dismissal, discrimination, bullying and general protections;
- Anti-discrimination and Human Rights complaints;
- complex workplace investigations;
- certified and enterprise agreement drafting and advice;
- executive contracts;
- policies and workplace reviews.
Ethan is involved in all aspects of the Insurance & Dispute Resolution team, focusing on commercial litigation for corporate, government and government-related entities including:
- professional indemnity claims arising from developmental approvals, advice, flooding, climate change and design work;
- public liability claims in connection with assets, vehicles and services causing personal injury or damage to property;
- climate-change liability implications;
- advising on liability and risk management issues.

Ethan is a current serving member in the Australian Army (Reserves) having enlisted in 2010.
