Building & Construction

We draft and review for our Council clients all sorts of building and construction contracts (relating to, for example, the construction of roads, bridges, water supply and sewerage systems) and provide advice interpreting such contracts, as well as advice about the legislation that may have an impact on them.  However, we have also conducted many proceedings involving building or construction disputes involving a range of contracts and agreements, and all sorts of projects and infrastructure.   

This type of work is split between our Commercial, Advisory & Property and our Insurance & Dispute Resolution teams.
